Hillpark Hotel - Nairobi

I had a cozy and quiet room, with hot water and comfortable bed after a long day exploring. The staff were helpful, quickly addressing any requests. I appreciated the lush gardens nearby.

Wifi was inconsistent.

The room of the hotel was brand-new and reasonably large with claw foot tubs and easy access to the elevators, as example. The breakfast was great, exactly what we required. The property's location was absolutely perfect and lovely, near restaurant. The very helpful stuff was much appreciated...

Hospitable team always at your service. The hotel had magnificent, particularly good location, we were near a bus station. Popped in Attibassi Coffee for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue😀

greatly enjoyed the place, had a perfect stay for a short visit. the restaurant was pleasant with tasty food here, i had tasty dishes.

I loved the breakfast options, especially the vegetarian spread that catered well to dietary preferences. The location next to my business office made commuting effortless. I was kinda surprised by the comfortable bed and clean room that exceeded my expectations. The evening checkout was a thoughtful gesture as we had a lengthy stay. The reception staff could use some training in customer engagement as they seemed indifferent at times. While the gym facilities were excellent, including diverse programs, I found the laundry service lacking in efficiency, frustrating. I had some items misplaced and the resolution took much longer than it should have, disrupting my plans significantly. The restaurant's menu felt limited, a letdown since I preferred dining in after a long day.

Hillpark exceeded my expectations during this stay! The rooms were cozy and the food was delicious, especially the spicy honey-glazed chicken wings. I had a great stay overall and appreciated the amenities like the gym and spa.

Really quiet rooms for restful nights.

The reception staff often seemed indifferent, made check-in quite frustrating. The Wi-Fi connection was erratic, causing numerous reconnections as I moved around the hotel. I was disappointed to find limited breakfast options and a lack of variety in the television channels, which detracted from my overall experience.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights and really enjoyed the comfy bed and the steam shower was fab! The heated pool was great since it rained a lot while I was there. Plus, the gym and sauna were free to use, a nice bonus. The old style bathtub was cool too, I loved having both shower and bath options.

Recommend it for business travellers

I enjoyed the clean and cozy room it was like a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff were accommodating I remember asking for extra towels and they delivered them in just minutes.

It wasn't budget-friendly but for the quality and service it felt acceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I had a lovely, quiet night with a comfy bed and a clean room. The staff were cute and went out of their way to assist. I enjoyed the gym facilities, especially the diverse aerobics classes they offered. The breakfast options could use improvement as I found the variety quite limited.

I had a lovely quiet night here. The room exceeded my expectations compared to the photos, especially the comfortable bed and high-pressure shower with hot water. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was quite weak.
